*All students will be dropped off at the bridge no earlier than 8:10 a.m. at the Parents'/Visitors' Parking Lot.
8:10 - 8:25 a.m. Breakfast 8:30 a.m. School Starts10:10 - 10:25 a.m. Morning Recess12:05 - 12:45 p.m. Lunch & Afternoon Recess3:00 p.m. Dismissal
*Minimum Day Dismissal = 12:45 p.m.

**After School Program = 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. (M, W, TH = Sept. 18, 2023 - May 23, 2024)

Dr. R. Espinoza

I am honored that the Mission USD Family has chosen and welcomed me to your community. I am here to provide a service to the needs of students, staff, board, and all stakeholders. I believe that it takes a community to educate children and Mission USD does that.

I have 38 years of experience in all levels and positions in the field of education. Not only have I taught all grade levels, but I have experience in the roles of director, assistant principal, principal, adjunct professor, professional development presenter, CEO, and superintendent. Small, agrarian districts are my specialty.

I earned:

A Bachelor's Degree in Education from the Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois
A Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston Clear Lake in Clear Lake, Texas
The Superintendent Specialist Certificate from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois
The Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Western Illinois University in Moline, Illinois
